Recently, the company signed an agreement with SMCC (Thailand) Co., Ltd. for the construction of the “Siam Patumwan House” project under the concept of “Japanese Style” in line with LEED GOLD standards. Located near the Patumwan intersection, the 33-floor, grade A office building covers an area of 90,000 sqm. The project offers easy access in close proximity of Siam and National Stadium BTS stations. The project can be divided into offices for rent, shop area, and 780 parking spaces.
